What is the difference between your glute building programs?
All of my programs are designed for maximizing glute growth, while also building the hourglass figure. With the exception of personalized programs.
Listed in order of easiest to the main differences are as follows:
"Glute Gains Program" - Beginner friendly, this is the most basic and easy to follow of all the programs offered! There is no guide potion, but it can be used for up to 6 months, and can also be repeated longer than that by continuing to increase weights and reps.
"Let’s F***in’ Grow" - Best for the intermediate to advanced trainee, LFG is a periodized program. Meaning that variables of the program will change from week to week (variables such as sets, reps, tempo, rest, exercise variations) You are not responsible for setting and tracking the progressive overload here! It also includes a guide portion that covers training, nutrition (macro calculations, food selection guidance), cardio, physique/genetics, and glute anatomy.
"6 Month Advanced Program" Suitable for intermediate to advanced, periodized program, 6 months on length. If you are looking to put on as much size as possible this is the program I would recommend! It also includes a guide portion that covers training, nutrition (macro calculations, food selection guidance), and how to calculate and track a calorie surplus/bulk!
